We would suggest checking the post of SpiritX MS MVP from this thread for possible options that can assist you with your concern. Currently, there are no add-ins provided for notepad to have a spell checker.

I am currently going through the lua files of LaTeX's TikZ/PGF code and among other things I want to correct spelling errors because parts of these lua files are also used for the manual. Does NotePad have a spell checker Tap or click Settings, then More PC Settings.
